LOUISVILLE, Ky. — There are only two weeks until the NFCA Virtual Convention (Dec. 9-11, 2020). Stay up-to-date on all things Virtual Convention on NFCA.org and social media platforms. This week highlights a trio of experts in the realm of social media and the Exhibit Show.
Social media accounts give people a glimpse of your personality and your program’s identity. Whether you play it close to the vest or are a little more outgoing, Scarborough and Schroeder, two of the biggest softball influencers on social media, will help you build an online presence and leverage your brand. Additionally, Schroeder, who founded Jen Schro Catching, is taking part in a Chalk Talk: Throwing from your knees.
Following the journey of Team One at Clemson University was a joy for fans across the country. Not only did the Tigers compete at an extremely-high level right out of the gate, but their online presence was fresh, fun, and made softball enthusiast seek them out. Learn how Boling and Clemson used social media to connect a program and a fan base.
Every year the NFCA provides attendees with direct access to companies, promoting innovative products, apparel and services. This year is no different. Currently there are 68 vendors and 17 first-time companies.
In 2020, exhibitors will have customized virtual booths that allow for three full days of “live” interaction with attendees, which includes one-on-one appointments and instant access to marketing materials and videos. Additionally, companies have an opportunity to demonstrate their products, host a roundtable discussion, and more during the 25-minute Batting Cage Educational Sessions.
Lastly, the Digital Auction is back and is going to run over the course of three days. This is your opportunity to snag great deals on products, services, subscriptions, and more. The auction will go live Dec. 9th at 10 AM ET and you'll have direct access to view products and bid through the virtual platform. Happy bidding!
Registration, presented by Traveling Teams, for the NFCA Virtual Convention is $229 for members and $329 for non-members. Attendees will have access to the on-demand content for 30 days following the Convention. This means you do not have to choose between competing sessions, all the content is available for the taking!
Additionally, members can select a $20 upgrade ($249 total) for lifetime access to on-demand content. Register by December 1 to receive a Convention attendee gift courtesy of USA Softball.
